The quality inspections performed in PROFILINK laboratories go through three stages:
- Incoming control of raw materials
- Ongoing control of the production process
- Outgoing control of the finished products
Only the products which have successfully passed the tests and meet the international standards are shipped to customers.

Incoming control
In order to ensure maximum precision in the manufacture of PVC profiles we monitor all characteristics of input raw materials. Therefore, the production process has been calibrated to achieve perfect quality.

Ongoing control
The production process is monitored regularly and every product is being tested in a sequence of short intervals. That way we are able to respond promptly in case of even minor fluctuation of product parameters. This makes our partners confident that every product coming out of PROFILINK factory will be meeting the highest quality requirements.

Outgoing control
Before the product is shipped to its final destination, it goes through a final audit where its parameters are tested for quality, strength and durability under extreme conditions. Thus, every product that leaves our production facility is accompanied by a certificate for successful pass of the strict quality control implemented by PROFILINK.
To guarantee our high standards we are regularly subject to audits under the prestigious German quality standard TUV NORD.
